It’s the same concept as Dancing With The Stars except the celebritys are kids. The show has gotten lots of attention and will definitely have many viewers tuning in each week.Each celebrity has a kid mentor as well as an adult pro to guide the two. The judges for this season are Mandy Moore, Valentin Chmerkovskiy and Adam Rippon. The hosts are Jordan Fisher; who won Dancing With The Stars last season, and Frankie Muniz who was runner up. The celebrity kids include Jason Maybaum from the disney show “Ravens Home”. Tripp Palin whos grandmother is Sarah Palin. Addison Osta Smith who won Chop Chef Junior. Miles Brown from the hit T.V show “Blackish”. Sophia Pippen whos dad is Scottie Pippen. Hudson West from the show “General Hospital”. Ariana Greenblatt from the show “Stuck in The Middle”. Mackenzie Ziegler from the show “Dance Moms”. Alannah Thompson from the show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo”. Mandla Morris whose dad is Stevie Wonder.Akash Vukoti who is the youngest spelling bee prodigy. And finally Sky Brown a pro skateboarder. For being so young every pair did a really great job performing, some better than the others. My personal favorite was Mandla Morris and Brightyn Brems. The two danced a jive and scored all eight’s from the judges. I thought it was really fun to watch and high in energy. Mandla already looks like a professional dancer and definitely has a great connection with his partner. My other favorite of the night was Miles Brown and Rylee. The two danced the salsa and gave it their all. They received one eight and two sevens. Miles killed it and was high in energy. I think the pair will make it very far in the show. I lastly really liked Hudson West and Kameron Couch. The two hit it off with a bang and made it obvious they have lots of talent. The two received two sevens and one eight. Although there were lots of good dances there were some that weren’t my favorite. Mackenzie Ziegler and Sage danced the foxtrot. I was disappointed with Mckenzie’s performance as she has a big dance background. The judges felt it wasn’t truly a foxtrot. They scored all sevens from the judges. Addison Osta Smith and Lev danced the Cha Cha. I felt that there wasn’t any connection between the two. The dance lacked some technique and was pretty boring. The pair scored three fives. Lastly Alanna Thompson and Tristan danced the salsa. The two lacked connection and I didn’t think there was much technique in the dance. The two received two sixes and one seven. At the end of the night two couples went home. The Live audience gets to vote on their phones on who they think did the best. It ended up being Addison Osta Smith and Lev and Tripp Palin and Hailey who went home with the least amount of votes.
